What you can expect in a day in the role: 

In this role, you’ll work closely with Operations teams to maintain accurate inventory and ensure stocktake processes are followed, spending your day conducting stocktakes and audits, reviewing and investigating variances, and supporting teams with training and process improvements to drive efficient stock management across Federal Hospitality.

What you’ll bring to the role: 

You’re detail-oriented, analytical, and confident working with a broad range of stakeholders. You enjoy getting into the detail, solving problems, and driving process improvements.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience in a similar inventory, stock control, or audit-focused role (ideally within hospitality or retail)
• Strong understanding of POS systems and inventory management processes
• Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement improvements
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams
• A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
