We’re Growing — and so is our Golf Course!

Country Club Tasmania located just 5 minutes from Launceston, has a reputation for excellence and is an Employer of Choice. Country Club Tasmania is a true premium resort experience offering Country Club relaxation by day and extensive dining and entertainment options by night, leaving our customers feeling energised, engaged and rejuvenated.

Big things are happening here at Country Club Tasmania— and we’re looking for qualified Greenkeepers to come along for the ride as we bring our brand-new, world-class golf course to life, opening Spring 2026.

This isn’t just another greenkeeping job. This is your chance to be part of a passionate, hands-on team within a vibrant community — a place where your work makes a visible impact, every single day.

We’re not just about lush greens (although, yes, we do love them). We’re creating a course that players will remember — and you’ll be able to say, “I helped build that”.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

• Be part of the action on a once-in-a-generation course redevelopment
• Join a friendly, tight-knit team that values your skills and input
• Access to exclusive employee discounts and benefits — we take care of our people!
• Opportunities to grow, upskill, and keep your career moving forward

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualification in Sports Turf Management (or equivalent)
• Solid experience in greenkeeping or turf maintenance
• A sharp eye for detail — you know when a green is just right
• A great team attitude, flexibility for early starts and weekend work

So if you’re ready to be part of something big — something you can genuinely be proud of — we want to hear from you.

(IMPORTANT: Your general application will not automatically apply to future vacancies, so we recommend you regularly check our careers page for vacancies or set up a job alert to ensure you do not miss future opportunities)
