The opportunity:
Customer Service Representative reporting to a Customer Service, Team Leader.
What you will do:
Interact with Internal and External customer to deliver Positive Customer Experiences
Fulfil customer expectations in line with business plans and strategies.
Engage with colleagues and managers to learn new skills and processes to enhance work efficiency.
What we are looking for :
Positive manner with an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a broader team.
Attention to detail - especially when engaging with customers via email or phone, and when processing orders into our ERP system.
Willingness to develop and enhance professional customer service skills.
Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to participate with others in the team to achieve group targets
Build positive relationships across the wider business to enable delivery of exceptional CS experience.

SAP, Salesforce and Customer Service experience desirable
