The opportunity:
Joining the Data Management Team you will be essential to the pricing integrity, analysis and data maintenance processes. You will provide both internal and external customers with reports to support their business decisions. Additionally, you will extend support to both the Pricing and Tender Manager and our Senior Data Analyst on a variety of key projects in line with our evolving business development opportunities.
What you will do:
Maintain consistent integrity of information
Maintain accurate and timely pricing and rebate records
Produce professional reports for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Manage business queries and trouble shoot
Analyse pricing, develop pricing recommendations and support the decision-making process
Create and maintain sales analysis dashboards for internal and external users
Work with the Data Management leaders on various projects to improve business profitability
Create new, and enhance current processes to support business evolution
What we are looking for:
High level attention to detail
High level numeracy skills and mathematical reasoning
Proficient written communication skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite with Intermediate to Advanced expertise in Excel
Tender experience desirable
Experience with SAP, SAC, GS1, Microsoft Access and Salesforce highly regarded
Results focused with a high level of self-motivation and personal integrity
Strong time management and organisational skills
Comfortable working independently while being part of a team with a shared vision
