The opportunity:
DoseAid employ over 80 staff and are focused on providing excellence in quality and service. We are seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician who has an eye for detail in our packaging/manufacturing facility. Working with our incumbent Maintenance technician you will be jointly responsible for preventative and breakdown maintenance across the site.
What you will do:
All work to be completed in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
Inspect, Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot and repair all equipment
Respond to Breakdowns
Conduct of routine preventative Maintenance tasks
Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
What we are looking for:
Mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability
Trade Qualification-Maintenance Fitter
Team player & excellent work ethic
Can work autonomously
Organised with attention to detail
Microsoft computer skills
Electrical license (Restricted ticket) preferable
Share on call roster
Desirable:
History working in the automated manufacturing environment with a good understanding of electrical and mechanical fault-finding
CPR/LVR First Aid certificate
GMP experience
Previous experience (pharmaceutical, food or beverage) a distinct advantage
You will also be reliable with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to work unsupervised. Phone provided.
