The opportunity:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading the execution of the marketing strategy and coordinating both marketing campaigns and local area marketing activities for Pharmacy Choice and healthSAVE.
This includes managing integrated campaigns across both traditional and digital channels to support monthly promotional campaign activity, ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing strategy. This is a hands-on position that reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
What you will do:
- Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing materials, including content for digital platforms, print, and other promotional assets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute monthly campaign activity and participation
- Ensure all campaign elements are aligned with TGA/ACCC requirements and brand guidelines
- Assist in managing the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met by all stakeholders
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights to enhance future campaigns
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business preferred
- 2-3 years' experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management and execution across both traditional and digital channels
- Strong attention to detail and hands on approach to manage campaigns end-to-end
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and cross-channel campaign execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Retail marketing and catalogue experience preferred, but not essential
- Experience with TGA and ACCC guidelines will be highly regarded
