The Role & The Team

As a Change Analyst, your role is pivotal in supporting the OneSKY & Aerospace Change team, which is leading the delivery of cutting-edge services, most notably the Civil Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS) in partnership with the Department of Defence and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF).

Your expertise in organisational change management will be indispensable in ensuring the successful implementation of these transformative initiatives. This role is primarily dedicated to addressing the human-centric facets of change, encompassing processes, systems, governance, culture, physical infrastructure, customer implications, and the intricacies of social dynamics.

Joining the OneSKY & Aerospace Change team means becoming a key driver of change management in a dynamic and progressive environment. The team's unwavering dedication is to meticulously execute the CMATS project and other mission-critical endeavours.

As a Change Analyst, you will actively collaborate with the Project change team to create an environment that paves the way for the seamless adoption of change initiatives. Your responsibilities include expertly managing resistance to change and ensuring that organisational readiness is maintained at all times. Your primary focus will be on the human dimension of change, carefully addressing the myriad impacts on the organisation, all in the pursuit of successful transformation.

The Person

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting change in complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Change Managers on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in developing change-related documents, such as change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis, communication plans, business readiness assessments, and transition plans.
  • Experience in drafting content for communications and engagement, as well as supporting training and other change activities.
  • A collaborative mindset, alongside the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills with the ability to seek out relevant information and present findings in an engaging format.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others and to facilitate diverse groups. 
  • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to establish credibility with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, able to work autonomously with limited guidance and reporting back as required to assigned Change Manager
  • Solid time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to tight timeframes.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and excel will be an advantage
