The Role

Our Chief People & Culture group is seeking applications for current and previously endorsed Air Traffic Controllers to be considered for a secondment role in Operational Training as a Training Delivery Instructor.

Skills, Competencies and Qualifications

Airservices’ qualifications specific to training or assessment in an operational Air Navigation Services environment including,
•        On-The-Job Instructor qualification (OJTI) (Highly Desirable)
•        ATS Workplace Assessor qualification (ATSWpA) (Highly Desirable)
•        Airservices annual mandatory training requirements
•        Preferably holds a TAE40110 or TAE40116 (or later) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. If not, appropriate training will be provided.
•        Demonstrated ability to work well in small and large team environments
•        Demonstrates an understanding of and upholds Airservices values in all situations.
