We’re looking for a strategic and technically skilled Senior Specialist to help drive our taxation and superannuation frameworks. You’ll ensure we meet our obligations and stay ahead of legislative change in the ever-evolving and fascinating aviation sector.

The Role & The Team

Reporting to the Tax and Superannuation Senior Advisor you will provide tax and superannuation expertise as you deliver on this critical role in a highly regulated industry.

Communication is key in this role, as you truly partner and work closely with your small but driven team, Senior leaders, Head of Corporate Finance, Chief Financial Officer and External regulatory authorities including the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and State and Territory Revenue offices to name a few.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive tax and super governance frameworks and compliance
  • Ensure all income tax compliance obligations are met on time, with robust supporting documentation
  • Deliver expert advisory services across domestic/international tax and superannuation
  • Provide planning, modelling, and assurance services
  • Communicate legislative changes clearly to stakeholders
  • Support audits and reviews (ATO, Australian National Audit Office (ANAO), internal)
  • Collaborate across teams to embed best-practice tax and superannuation governance

What You’ll Bring

  • CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting or Business
  • Proven experience in tax and superannuation (firm, corporate or government)
  • Strong knowledge of income tax, international tax, Research and Development (R&D) claims
  • Experience with SAP, CCH Integrator, Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication, relationship-building and change management skills
