Summary

Support Airservices' digital Purchase to Pay System team and help deliver efficient purchasing and supplier management services across the organisation.

The Role & The Team

As the Purchase to Pay System Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting Airservices' procurement digital platform, iBuy, underpinned by SAP Ariba. You will provide system and process support to business users and suppliers, troubleshoot purchasing and invoicing issues, and contribute to system improvements that enhance the user experience and purchasing outcomes across the organisation.

 

Working closely with Purchase to Pay Team, business stakeholders and external suppliers, you will help ensure goods and services are sourced efficiently and in accordance with procurement policies and frameworks. You'll join a collaborative and customer-focused team that values continuous improvement, stakeholder partnerships and delivering practical solutions that support business outcomes.

The Person

You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems and building strong stakeholder relationships. You thrive in a structured environment, can balance competing priorities, and are passionate about delivering efficient procurement support services.

 

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in procurement, purchasing, contract administration or supplier management.
  • Experience providing system, process or user support within a business environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to develop productive working relationships across business groups and external suppliers.
  • Experience using SAP Ariba, including purchasing transactions, supplier enablement, contract workspaces or user support activities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of procurement governance, policies and compliance frameworks would be highly regarded.
