    The Role

    We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join the major projects construction team.

    Our Substation Construction team is currently expanding due to Enerven winning multiple major projects! It’s an exciting time to join Enerven as an Team Leader, Electrical and be involved from construction right through to the maintenance and upgrading of transmission and distribution systems, substations, and renewable generation systems.

    You will be a part of a team environment that is focused on your safety. This role will also be required to work an 11:3 working pattern supporting projects across South Australia with allowances and overtime applicable.  

    Approx 60% of the year will be spent working away from Adelaide on project construction sites. The most common roster is 11:3 roster working 10hr days (over time and travel allowances apply), but rosters will sometimes vary depending on the requirements of different projects. 

    What you will need:

    • Knowledge and experience in heavy industrial electrical construction, including installation of High Voltage equipment and systems
    • Experience in construction of substations and/or renewable project activities are highly advantageous
    • Team Leading experience
    • To be a licensed, qualified, and experienced A-Class Electrician
    • Current construction industry white card
    • Current South Australian Drivers Licence

    Desirable (but not essential):

    • Current High-risk licence - EWP over 11 meters
    • Forklift licence
    • High Voltage Switching Experience
