Along with your technical capability to manage all stages in the construction project lifecycle, your “superpower” lies in your relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills. You understand the importance of solid communication and leadership presence on site and can effectively build and maintain relationships built on mutual respect and trust – with clients, internal/external stakeholders and delivery teams alike.
