The Opportunity

The Monash Institute of Railway Technology is recruiting for a Graduate Research Industry Partnerships (GRIP) Coordinator.

Working closely with the Faculty Graduate Research Office, you will be responsible for coordinating the process of PhD candidate applications from expression of interest, through to the offer stage. You will assist the directors of the GRIP program to manage the day to day operational activities of the program, as well as having the opportunity to coordinate innovative training programs on topics that will enhance skills of the PhD cohort. 

As the successful candidate, you will have a strong ability to plan, organise and achieve deadlines, as well as experience in implementing strategic plans through strong operational business management. You will have demonstrated experience within the industrial research sector, or within the University research sector.
