Remuneration: $116,075 - $128,126 pa HEW 08 / $135,417 - $143,738 pa HEW 09 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Business Partnering and Recruitment team, where you will collaborate in a portfolio-based approach to deliver comprehensive HR services and advice, both operationally and strategically.
We currently have ongoing and parental leave backfill opportunities available to support the University’s professional and academic portfolios.
In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders, offering expert advice and tailored client solutions, driving the implementation of people strategies, and initiatives, and championing Monash University's goals and values. As a strategic leader, you will lead change initiatives and policy reviews, ensuring successful delivery and uptake in your client portfolios.
Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders in your client group, as well as proactive and collaborative relationships with central HR leaders and colleagues, are essential expectations of your role. This dynamic, fast-paced role offers an opportunity to make a real impact on Monash University's success and growth.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated business partnering experience in complex, medium to large organisation with a HR / People and Culture operating model involving centre of expertise and shared services
- Curiosity and passion for being a strategic partner, skilled at leading and implementing contemporary people-related initiatives and projects, including Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Change Management and Capability Development
- Experience developing trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, harnessing a broader professional network
- Ability to synthesise data, identify trends and develop business-aligned recommendations
- Proven experience of driving continuous improvement aligned with strategy
