The Opportunity
The Monash Animal Research Platform is looking for an Administrative Officer to oversee reception, procurement and administrative systems, while delivering professional and efficient support to visitors and stakeholders. This role is key in ensuring seamless daily operations through streamlined processes and exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in computer-based applications is essential for processing stakeholder requirements and overseeing procurement, including logistics and transport. The role also supports meetings by coordinating bookings, catering, preparing materials and recording minutes as required.
Applicants should have a diploma-level qualification with relevant experience or equivalent training. Strong administrative and organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to high-level customer service is essential.
