We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) in the Department of Management, with expertise in Employment Relations and the future of work. Proficiency in negotiation and/or human resource management appreciated. You will develop and deliver high-quality teaching to large, culturally diverse cohorts of undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will also maintain an active research profile, producing impactful, interdisciplinary, and engaged research in collaboration with industry and community partners.
The Department of Management values diversity and inclusion, and supports actionable research that addresses real-world challenges and you will demonstrate research leadership, including supervision of PhD students, and contribute actively to the Department’s educational, research, and administrative activities.
As the successful candidate, you will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across education and service sectors. You will have a proven record of high-quality teaching in a tertiary environment, experience developing curriculum, and the ability to engage and motivate diverse student cohorts. You will demonstrate a commitment to impactful research, with a track record of publications and, for more senior candidates, success in leading research projects, securing external funding, and supervising postgraduate students.
