Remuneration: $80,603 - $92,585 pa HEW Level 05 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

Join the Planetary Health Division and Infectious Disease Epidemiology team to deliver high-quality administrative support. In this role, you will manage a diverse range of administrative tasks, ensuring efficient processes and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. 

This position encompasses a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including procurement, project and grant administration, committee support and HR processes such as onboarding and record management. It also involves coordinating events and travel, processing financial transactions and preparing reports. By ensuring the efficient delivery of these essential functions, this role supports the Division’s broader goals in research, education and collaboration.

We are seeking someone with a tertiary qualification in a relevant field or substantial relevant experience in administration or project management. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines and experience supporting projects with multiple stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
