We are seeking a Lecturer (Level B) in the Department of Management with expertise in Strategic Management. You will deliver high-quality teaching to large, culturally diverse undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts, and maintain an active program of research and scholarly activity. 

The Department of Management is a diverse, inclusive group committed to impactful, interdisciplinary research developed through partnerships. You will also contribute to PhD supervision and support the Department’s educational, research, and administrative activities.

As the successful candidate, you will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across education and service sectors. You will have a proven track record of scholarly research, including statistical analysis, manuscript preparation, and refereed publications, alongside demonstrated excellence in tertiary teaching, curriculum development, and student engagement. Your commitment to research, ability to work positively with diverse teams and external partners, and a collegiate approach to collaboration will be key to your success in this role.
