A competitive remuneration package, including base salary, generous 17% superannuation, commuted overtime allowance, travel support and other provisions, will be provided.
Headquartered at Monash University in Melbourne, with an operational footprint globally, the Maintenance Technology Institute (MTI) is a commercially orientated, professional research and engineering organisation that has been providing professional engineering services to major mining companies such as BHP, Rio Tinto, Glencore, and Anglo American since 2000.
We’re seeking a Remote Systems and Support Analyst to provide analytical and technical support to MTI’s client base. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of our tier-one support services.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage workflows, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.

This role is a full-time position, and will be required to perform shift work whilst on site in accordance with project task requirements, however, some flexible working arrangements may be negotiable.
