The Opportunity

Monash University is currently implementing a new Time and Attendance (T&A) system to better support workforce engagement, scheduling and payment accuracy, and we’re seeking experienced HR and Payroll professionals to be part of this exciting journey.
HR Professional Opportunities:
We are seeking a HR Business Support Officer (HEW 5) in the HR Business Support Team and a HR Advisory Officer (HEW 5) in the Access HR Team.
As a HR professional, you will be a self-motivated and committed team player with proven ability to maintain integrity, discretion and confidentiality. Your high-level communication skills and demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels will be pivotal to success in this role.
Payroll Opportunities:
Within the Payroll team, we are seeking a Payroll Officer (HEW 5), a Payroll Test Analyst (HEW 7) and a Payroll Integration Specialist (HEW 8).
As a Payroll professional, you will have demonstrated experience in payroll administration with a strong understanding of SAP HR/Payroll system and adherence to payroll compliance and regulations. Your staff management skills along with your exceptional problem-solving skills and excellent communication will see you succeed in this role.
