The Opportunity

We are seeking applications for an Education Abroad Officer to join the dynamic team at Monash Abroad. The Education Abroad Officer is responsible for the delivery of professional administrative services to support the effective operation of the Monash Abroad portfolio. This includes provision of a range of services relating to the administration, promotion and general coordination of student mobility programs, inbound and outbound.

The Education Abroad Officer is often the first point of contact for enquiries from students for mobility programs and as such, provides sound and timely advice and support to all stakeholders. The Education Abroad Officer also provides administrative support to ensure timely and efficient handling of applications at various points across the program lifecycle. 

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience delivering effective administrative services in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and coordinate complex processes while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
