The Opportunity
We are seeking two experienced Property Professionals to join the University’s Buildings and Property Division in roles supporting the management and strategic performance of the University’s diverse real estate portfolio.
The Property and Leasing Manager will lead the delivery of the University’s property portfolio strategy, overseeing leasing outcomes, land transactions and property operations while leading a small team of property professionals. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the University to ensure commercial outcomes align with institutional priorities and best-practice property management.
The Property Manager will focus on the day-to-day management of the University’s retail and commercial properties, supporting leasing activities, managing tenant relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and operational standards. The role also contributes to procurement processes, policy development and initiatives that enhance portfolio performance.
Both roles will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes and support the ongoing management and development of the University’s property assets.
These opportunities suit candidates with experience in retail, commercial or mixed-use property management, strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate effectively within a complex organisational environment. The HEW 09 role will also demonstrate leadership capability and experience guiding and mentoring others.
In return, you will join a collaborative team that values innovation and practical solutions while working on a diverse and strategically important property portfolio.
