Working within the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Research Centre (ANZIC-RC), you will play a central role in the delivery of the REMAP clinical trial, contributing to large-scale, multicentre research that directly informs patient care and clinical practice.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced research environment and is confident managing complex projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.

You will:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of clinical research projects, ensuring milestones, timelines and deliverables are achieved
  • Act as a key liaison between project teams, clinical trial sites, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee study documentation, protocols, contracts and reporting requirements
  • Support site monitoring activities, including coordination of visits and compliance processes
  • Analyse data, prepare reports and provide recommendations to support project outcomes
  • Identify and manage risks, ensuring continuity and compliance across research activities
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement across a broad clinical and research network

This role offers the opportunity to work on globally significant intensive care research, with real-world impact on patient outcomes.

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented project professional with experience in clinical research or complex project environments, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgement.

You will bring:

  • A degree in a health, science or research-related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience coordinating projects or clinical trials within agreed timeframes and standards
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage clinicians, researchers and external partners
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills

Experience in critical care, ICU environments, or clinical trial coordination will be highly regarded.
