Remuneration: Pro-rata $110,527 - $121,227 pa HEW 7 plus 17% superannuation

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join the Women’s Health Research Program (WHRP) on a part‑time (0.8 FTE) basis.

In this role, you will deliver high‑quality clinical research services and support the coordination and delivery of clinical trials. You will play a critical role in participant care, trial operations, data integrity and regulatory compliance, contributing to a safe, ethical and compliant research environment.

Reporting to the Senior Clinical Trials Research Manager, you will collaborate closely with academic staff, clinicians and external research partners to successfully deliver research outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver clinical research trials in accordance with approved protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Screen, consent and manage research participants, including study visits and data collection
  • Maintain accurate electronic documentation and support audits and compliance activities
  • Support day‑to‑day research operations, including safety, equipment, supplies and logistics
  • Contribute to budget planning, reporting and funding support where required
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement in research practices and systems

 About You

You are an organised and collaborative clinical research professional with strong experience in participant‑focused clinical trials. You bring sound judgement, initiative and excellent communication skills.

You will demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications with extensive experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Proven experience in conducting clinical trials suitable for regulatory reporting
  • Strong organisational, analytical and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team
  • Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills
