The Opportunity

Leverage your stakeholder management skills to design and implement alumni engagement initiatives within the higher education sector. In this dynamic role, you will support the Dean, Faculty General Manager, and Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager in developing and delivering the Faculty’s alumni engagement and philanthropy strategies. These programs and initiatives will advance the Faculty’s goals and ambitions.

As the key liaison for the Faculty, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Monash Advancement, as well as with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the University’s broader alumni engagement and philanthropic strategy.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing an alumni engagement and philanthropy plan for the Faculty of Engineering, in partnership with Monash Advancement. This will involve hands-on involvement in alumni events, volunteer recruitment, recognition initiatives, and alumni research.

Additionally, you will support student engagement activities by strengthening alumni connections, collaborating with student clubs and teams, industry experience teams, and recruitment and marketing efforts.
