The Opportunity

As the Senior Coordinator, Strategic Operations and Projects, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and operational outcomes for Student Services. Your expertise will strengthen our community, enhance internal communications, and drive digital information sharing through platforms like the Intranet and Workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the achievement of goals within your specialist area
  • Program Management: Oversee complex services, systems, and processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and University policies
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct data analysis and provide expert advice to support business reporting and decision-making
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing review and enhancement of business practices and service provision
