The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Centres Administration Officer to join our Research Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative services to support the efficient operation of the Faculty of Law's research centres. 

Your responsibilities will include managing daily administration tasks, overseeing program management, and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery. You will also maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide project administration with a focus on process excellence, sound judgment, and timely advice to Centre Directors, Deputy Directors, and the Research Services Group.

As the successful candidate, you will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a hands-on approach, along with the ability to work both independently and within a team. You will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
