The Opportunity

We are seeking to appoint an Education Services Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of student and academic services at the School. This position is responsible for guiding students through their academic journey from admission to completion, providing expert advice across various channels. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Monash Connect, the Coordinator ensures that students receive timely and accurate support throughout their university experience, fostering strong relationships to maintain an efficient and responsive service model.

This role also provides essential administrative support for a range of projects and academic programs, focusing on process excellence and sound decision-making. The Education Services Coordinator manages student services functions such as admissions, enrolments, study abroad programs and course completion, ensuring alignment with university policies. Additionally, this position will oversee key academic service functions, including course accreditation, assessments, class scheduling and the end-to-end results process, contributing to the successful operation of academic services at the School.

We are seeking a candidate with a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with expertise in student management systems, CRMs, and LMS platforms. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders is also essential for this role.
