This position collaborates closely with the Education Manager to coordinate essential student services and academic functions, ensuring compliance with university policies and strategic priorities. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire student lifecycle—admissions, enrolment and course transfers—as well as managing academic services like course accreditation and assessment regimes.

In addition to offering expert guidance to senior academic staff and relevant committees, the Senior Education Services Coordinator serves as a vital liaison with industry placement providers. This dynamic role involves hands-on support in areas such as student orientation, development, mobility and work-integrated learning, while also addressing complex student-related issues with tailored solutions.
