The Opportunity

Are you passionate about education innovation? Monash University is seeking a dedicated Lecturer (Education-Focused) to lead the design and delivery of Anatomy and Physiology education within the Biomedicine Excellence and Advancement Team. As a member of our elite education-focused academic staff, you will contribute to shaping the future of education through evidence-based teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging, student-centred teaching activities
  • Lead curriculum development, diversified assessments, and innovative teaching methods
  • Foster inclusive and flexible learning environments that inspire student success
  • Generate scholarly activity demonstrating an advanced understanding of educational practice
  • Collaborate across departments and initiatives to drive excellence in education

About You:

  • PhD or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Proven ability to inspire and engage students through effective teaching and assessment
  • Experience in curriculum development and scholarly activity
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills
  • Passion for advancing educational excellence
