Are you ready to lead the development of cutting-edge Speech Pathology programs at one of the world’s top universities? Join Monash University as a Associate Professor or Professor of Speech Pathology and take the helm in establishing and growing our Speech Pathology discipline to drive educational innovation, research excellence, and professional engagement.
As a Level D or E academic, you will:
- Lead Program Development: Design and establish world-class Speech Pathology courses, ensuring accreditation and alignment with contemporary practice
- Champion Research Excellence: Conduct internationally leading research, publish in high-impact journals, and secure competitive research grants
- Inspire and Mentor: Build and lead a dynamic academic team, fostering collaboration and mentoring early career researchers and students
- Drive Strategic Impact: Represent the program on the School Executive, align efforts with university strategy, and build strong industry and clinical partnerships

- A doctoral qualification with recognition as a leading authority in Speech Pathology or a related field
- Proven excellence in curriculum development, course design, and teaching in health professional education
