The School of Biological Sciences at Monash University is renowned for world-class research and education in life sciences, with strengths in evolutionary biology, conservation biology, ecology, genetics, and genomics. About the Role

As the Project and Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of School and School Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level administrative and project coordination services.
  • Managing correspondence, diaries, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinating events, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Delivering executive support to committees and working groups.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a globally recognized institution and support groundbreaking research in life sciences.
