The Opportunity
Join us as a Clinical Site Administrative Officer at Monash Rural Health Bendigo, where you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the medical curriculum. In this position, you’ll provide essential administrative support to academic staff and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless placement planning and service delivery. Your work will directly contribute to fostering an environment that supports both staff and students in their pursuit of excellence in medical education.
In this role, you will oversee the operational administration of year-specific programs within the Doctor of Medicine (MD) curriculum. Your responsibilities will include coordinating processes, responding to inquiries, supporting committees, managing data systems and delivering high-quality project administration and reporting. This position also offers the rewarding opportunity to provide guidance and support to medical students on placement, ensuring their wellbeing and promoting positive rural placement experiences in Bendigo.
We are seeking someone with a combination of relevant tertiary qualifications or substantial professional experience. Your proven skills in administration, organisation and time management will be essential, along with your ability to implement effective systems and processes.
