The Opportunity
The Executive Officer provides high-level administrative, executive and project support services across the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience) and the broader Portfolio.
In this parental leave replacement role you will ensure smooth and professional operations and workflow within the office, undertaking administrative tasks including drafting and facilitating communications, event management and coordination, secretarial support for committees and working groups, and project support.
You will also act as an Executive Assistant (EA) for up to three senior staff within the Portfolio. This will involve calendar management, facilitating travel bookings, supporting purchasing and finance, and other related duties.
To succeed in this role, you will bring your strong administrative skills, excellent time management, written and spoken communications skills and also highly developed computer literacy.
