The Opportunity

Advancement has an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Alumni Engagement Adviser.

The Alumni Engagement Adviser will support the Senior Manager, Alumni Engagement to build Monash University’s Alumni program using data- driven insights to harness alumni engagement and involvement in priority programs in line with the University's Strategic Plan, Impact 2030. 

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues across Monash to build a data and insights culture to understand the alumni community at scale, to support the delivery of value based programs and opportunities to successfully deliver on the Monash Alumni Engagement Plan. 

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree qualification in Business, Marketing, or International Relations, with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
