The Opportunity
Bring your highly developed user research, data management, and analysis skills to inform web presence strategy and development and provide a range of technical, analytical, content and user research support as part of the Service Development and Communications team within the Operations and Management Division.
Take responsibility for coordinating all the Library’s web presence components, including our websites, intranet, and related platforms and channels, to communicate and deliver digital services.
To succeed in this role you will need your strong technical skills as this role maintains and develops the web presence in close collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues to meet evolving user needs, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. This work will be undertaken in business-as-usual and project contexts.
With your well-developed networking, communication and consulting toolkit you will build strong relationships and develop internal staff knowledge and skills to build organisational capability.
