The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Success Adviser to join our team. In this role, you will provide holistic support to students throughout their academic journey, from recruitment and admission to orientation, enrolment, engagement, academic progress, and course completion.
As an Education Success Adviser, you will play a vital role in empowering students to achieve their academic goals. You’ll provide tailored guidance, coaching, and support to help students navigate university life, stay on track with their course requirements, and connect with the broader student community. Your efforts will foster meaningful student engagement and a positive university experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by supporting student success and enhancing the university experience.
As the successful candidate, you will have strong knowledge of university policies, excellent planning and organisational skills, and experience in providing student counselling with advanced communication abilities. Your problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with proficiency in Student Management Systems, will enable you to deliver innovative solutions and support students effectively.
