The Opportunity

Join Monash Residential Services (MRS) as an Operations Coordinator.

The Operations Coordinator supports MRS’s strategies and programs by managing daily operations, including building inspections, OHS audits, and overseeing effective administrative systems.

As the successful candidate, you will support the Operations Manager in supervising maintenance, asset management, contractor administration, OHS, and cleaning across MRS. You'll coordinate complex administrative processes, including scheduling, service delivery, project support, reporting, and resource allocation. You’ll also assist with workforce planning, staff supervision and training, while fostering a strong customer service culture.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
