The Opportunity
Do you want to be a part of a multi-disciplinary team providing a high level of teaching and learning administrative services to the academic staff of the Faculty of Arts? Then this could be the role for you. Working in a team of 9, you will be contributing to the Faculty by providing assistance with teaching and learning activities set-up, unit administration updates, and assessment administration.
As a Teaching Support Officer, you will play a critical role in helping the Teaching Support team deliver its range of specialist, complex and high-volume services to a wide range of academic staff.
As a member of Teaching Support, you will be part of a team who demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, and pride themselves on excellent organisational skills, including the ability to plan work to meet deadlines, develop effective operational processes and problem-solve.
