The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior International Protocol Officer the focus of this role will be to provide a range of high-level administrative and coordination services to support the facilitation of visits from international delegations to Monash University, ensuring that the University is represented in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, preparation and implementation of international visits for delegations from international universities, research centres and governments to Monash University, including scheduling, providing services, co-ordinating projects, supporting committees, producing reports and allocating resources in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes.s.

The appointee will have a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience, or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
