Join Our Team as a Senior Lecturer - Practice in Sustainable Development Education!

Are you passionate about driving sustainability and climate change initiatives within an industry context? Do you have the expertise to inspire and educate leaders across public, private, and social sectors? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Senior Lecturer (Practice) at MSDI, you will lead and expand our Sustainable Development Education Program (SDEP). You'll share your extensive knowledge and experience in sustainability, delivering high-quality professional development and executive education to CEOs, executives, and professionals.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the strategic vision for the SDEP professional development program.
  • Engage with industry, government, and community sectors to grow MSDI’s connections and strategic alliances.
  • Oversee the program’s life cycle from concept to delivery and evaluation.
  • Facilitate workshops, short courses, and master classes, both online and face-to-face.
  • Update curriculum and course content based on the latest research and industry best practices.
  • Foster the personal, professional, and academic development of participants.
  • Manage and grow a team of academics and professional staff.
  • Contribute to MSDI’s research strategy and prepare funding proposals.
