Join Our Team as a Senior Lecturer - Practice in Sustainable Development Education!

As a Senior Lecturer (Practice) at MSDI, you will lead and expand our Sustainable Development Education Program (SDEP). You'll share your extensive knowledge and experience in sustainability, delivering high-quality professional development and executive education to CEOs, executives, and professionals.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the strategic vision for the SDEP professional development program.
- Engage with industry, government, and community sectors to grow MSDI’s connections and strategic alliances.
- Oversee the program’s life cycle from concept to delivery and evaluation.
- Facilitate workshops, short courses, and master classes, both online and face-to-face.
- Update curriculum and course content based on the latest research and industry best practices.
- Foster the personal, professional, and academic development of participants.
- Manage and grow a team of academics and professional staff.
- Contribute to MSDI’s research strategy and prepare funding proposals.
