Within eSolutions, the Enterprise Systems domain is dedicated to transforming the student and staff experience through modern platforms and contemporary user-facing practices. Our Student Management Systems Transformation (SMST) Program aims to enhance the student journey by implementing a new, modern core SMS platform. This platform will provide a consistent interface, simplifying administrative tasks from enrolment to graduation. 

The Senior Change Manager Opportunity - Two positions available!

The Senior Change Manager will leverage their high-level expertise to deliver advanced change, communication, and engagement services, supporting the strategic needs of the SMS Transformation Program. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage the people-side of this change, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technology. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the change strategy for the current two-year phase of the SMST program, maximizing engagement with key stakeholders. This includes managing change readiness, developing impact assessments, and creating communication and training plans and materials. Additionally, you will contribute to strengthening change capability and embedding best practices within the portfolio, staying abreast of emerging practices and encouraging innovative approaches to support the necessary behavioural and cultural changes.
