The Opportunity
The Faculty of Engineering at Monash University is recognised for excellence in teaching, research, and producing highly skilled graduates. The Senior Student Recruitment Coordinator will support the Faculty by developing and delivering recruitment strategies for undergraduate, postgraduate, and HDR programs, both domestically and internationally.
Reporting to the Student Recruitment Manager, the role involves coordinating recruitment activities, engaging with agents and schools, attending events, and promoting the Faculty’s programs. The coordinator will also manage communications with prospective students, track and report on recruitment data, and maintain current knowledge of course offerings and relevant policies.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree with extensive experience or equivalent expertise. Strong skills in project management, administration, stakeholder engagement, and customer service are essential, along with a proven track record in achieving recruitment targets. Excellent communication, advanced digital literacy, and the ability to manage competing priorities are also key to success in this role.
