Lead Student Services with Impact
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Group Manager, Student Experience to lead the operations and continuous improvement of student services across the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. As the most senior professional staff member in the Education Portfolio, you will drive innovation, enhance the student journey, and influence high-level decision-making across the Faculty and broader University.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and expert advice across the Faculty's student services, ensuring a high-quality, student-focused experience that aligns with University goals. Oversee operations, policy development, business improvement and service delivery while leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
About You
You bring a postgraduate qualification and management experience, ideally in a complex higher education environment. Your strengths include strategic leadership, change management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience managing education services functions in large institutions
- A track record of leading transformation and continuous improvement projects
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build consensus and influence outcomes
