The Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional student support in a dynamic university environment? Monash University is seeking a dedicated Student Services Officer to join the School of Primary and Allied Health Care. In this vital role, you’ll be at the heart of coursework program administration, ensuring the smooth delivery of enrolments, admissions, course completions and more. With a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness and student satisfaction, you’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team contributing to the academic success of both local and international students.
As a Student Services Officer, you’ll thrive in a role that values autonomy, initiative and outstanding customer service. You’ll manage a wide range of administrative tasks — from assisting with enquiries and updating student records to coordinating enrolments and supporting course progression. Your role will be essential in interpreting and applying university policies and systems, including platforms such as Callista, to help students navigate their academic journeys with confidence and clarity.
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional with a strong background in administration and a commitment to delivering high-quality student services. A hands-on approach to service provision and a deep commitment to customer service excellence are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you will be regularly engaging with students, academic staff, and colleagues across various departments. If you are someone who thrives in a service-oriented, detail-driven role, we encourage you to apply.
