Buildings and Property (B&P) are the stewards of our beautiful campuses. The Opportunity
The Senior Facilities Presentation Coordinator supports the Manager Campus Presentation in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services by managing the cleaning and urban space service contracts on behalf of the University. This includes managing a range of strategic and operational activities including contract and customer relationship management, monitoring of contractor KPIs and tendering processes.
The position provides leadership to the Campus Presentation team in the delivery of high-level and professional services and effective achievement of Buildings and Property’s and the University’s priorities, providing expert, innovative advice at both strategic and operational levels.
You will be responsible for:

Contribute to strategic planning and the achievement of goals relevant to B&P Campus Operations and the wider Buildings and Property

Manage and coordinate the end-to-end operation of the University’s cleaning and urban space service contracts in accordance with University policies, procedures and strategic priorities

Lead and develop a highly trained, collaborative, motivated and efficient team with a strong customer focus

Manage and coordinate projects, the review and development of policy and procedure, and compliance and quality processes relevant to the cleaning service

Develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with other relevant business units, functional areas and key staff, including provision of expert advice
About You
As the successful candidate, you will have:

Extensive management or supervisory experience in a similar industry such as landscaping or cleaning

Proficient budget management skills in forecasting, budget development, cost control, variance analysis and technology proficiency to ensure optimal allocation of resources aligned with contract objectives

Demonstrated experience and understanding of high value tender process and assessing tender submissions in a public sector industry

Highly developed planning and organisational skills, with experience establishing priorities, allocating resources and meeting deadlines
