The Opportunity

As the Senior Student Experience and Academic Services Officer, you will play a vital role in shaping the student journey at Monash Law, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience from admission to graduation. You will be at the forefront of student and academic services, managing enquiries, overseeing key administrative processes, and supporting the implementation of assessments and results. A key part of your role will be advising students on our Clinical Guarantee, helping them access invaluable hands-on legal experience. Working within a dynamic team, you will ensure that service delivery timeframes are met while continuously improving the quality and accessibility of information provided to students and staff.

This role is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the Faculty and University, driving innovation and efficiency in student and academic services. You will contribute to the enhancement of systems and processes, ensuring best practices are upheld while engaging in key change projects. 

About you

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills and a hands-on approach to customer service. You excel at managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and implementing efficient processes that enhance the student experience. A collaborative team player, you also work independently with sound judgement and initiative.

With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you navigate complex issues effectively while engaging with diverse stakeholders through clear and professional communication. Your high-level computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, supports your ability to manage systems and drive continuous improvement.
