The Opportunity
Join our Enrolment Services Team – Make an impact behind the scenes!
Academic Services and Analytics is looking for a motivated Adviser, Enrolments Compliance to help ensure our enrolment processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with government legislation.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Compliance: Manage enrolment activities in line with ESOS and HESA frameworks.
- Provide Expert Advice: Offer clear guidance on compliance matters to staff across the University.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work with faculties, internal teams and government bodies like the Department of Home Affairs.
- Improve Systems: Help refine processes and contribute to compliance strategy and reporting.
- Deliver Clear Documentation: Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and communications.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administration, compliance, or student services.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, with knowledge of PRISMS and student systems a bonus.
- Understanding of ESOS legislation and international student compliance requirements.
