The Opportunity

Join the Monash Education Academy (MEA) as a Senior Project Officer!

The Senior Project Officer supports programs and projects within the Monash Education Academy to realise its strategic goals. The MEA Senior Project Officer provides a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the effective operation of the MEA.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for undertaking a range of high-level project coordination duties, including working with senior stakeholders within the Monash Education Academy to scope and plan project deliverables, monitoring and reporting against budget, timeframes and other performance indicators, managing a schedule of project meetings and planning and implementing change management strategies. You will also oversee the coordination and delivery of programs and events, ensuring activities are completed in accordance with agreed standards and timeframes.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
