The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available to join the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team as a Manager, EDI Projects.
The Manager, EDI Projects works closely with the Director, EDI and Senior Manager, Strategy and Governance to support the implementation of the University-wide intersectional Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Framework, including the Respect at Monash initiative and Strategic Commitment to Gender-based Violence and Sexual Harm Prevention and Response.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and evaluation of EDI projects and initiatives in the Monash community. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic planning, governance and the achievement of the University’s strategic goals in the areas of EDI and Respect at Monash.
The role requires relevant postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
